Our top 3 from today:
-I liked making the time line of me, because it was fun drawing myself! Ask me about "past, present, and future".
-My favorite part of the day was Music Monday! I liked the Music Monday assembly because it was fun to sing a lot of songs with different grades, and I got to see Paulo again!
-I liked gym, because we got to practice tennis!
Mail Pockets
- Please send RSVPs back for the Volunteer Breakfast!
- As a result of a long winter, our walking field trip to Park 96 for a litter pick up was postponed. Fortunately, we have rescheduled it for the afternoon of Wednesday, May 23! Please send your child dressed for the weather and with a pair of gardening gloves to help them pick up the litter. If you are able to volunteer for the afternoon, please contact me as soon as possible.
Words of the Week
Each week we will focus on a set of high frequency words that we are using in our poems and morning message. Feel free to practice these and look for them in your own books! This week we are focusing on "-tion".

Volunteer Opportunities:
- We would love to welcome morning literacy volunteers into our classroom from 8:00 to 8:30 each morning.
