Reminder:
Please send your child with a sturdy bag tomorrow to help them take home learning materials, such as a reusable bag or a large plastic bag. Thanks!
Lost & Found is on display in the main hallway.
Highlights:
-This morning we started our day with an art project inspired by Kandinsky. We learned more about him from The Noisy Paintbox story. We used our pattern blocks to make shapes and used bold colors, chalk pastels and outlining to create our own abstract art.
-In gym, we played Lord of the Rings, where teams try to collect hula hoops by throwing their bean bags into the hoop.
-In the afternoon, we watched Matilda. We discussed whether our mental picture from reading the book matched the movies portrayal of characters and setting.
-At the end of the day, we celebrated Warren's birthday with delicious monster cupcakes. Thank you so much for sharing with us!
