Highlights of the day:
-My favorite part of the day was celebrating National Aboriginal day, ask me what we learned today, and how we celebrated!
-I loved building centres, because my building was super tall, it was 38 CM tall!
- I liked writing about my top ten favorite parts of grade one!
Reminders**
We are doing Yearbook signing on Friday, June 22, 2018 after the Sports Day activities.
This is a chance for students to move about and get their classmates, school friends, and teachers to sign their yearbook.
If you did not purchase a yearbook with the fees at the beginning of the year, there is a limited amount of yearbooks for purchase. Each yearbook is $18.00 and must be purchased with a cheque or cash (exact amount, no change will be given) in the office.
First come, first served with payment.
Each student that has not purchased a yearbook will be given a specially designed autograph page that can be signed by classmates. Please check with your child’s teacher as they will have a list of those who have purchased yearbooks.
Tomorrow (Friday June 21st) is sports day, please ensure your child is dressed for the weather, brings a water bottle, and snacks, as most of our activities will take place outside!
- Library books are now due back. Please ensure that all library books have been returned or paid for (if your child still has a book signed out you would have been contacted via email).
